Shrimp Scampi

What you'll need:

1 lb Shrimp

1 tbsp parsley

3 tbsp butter

1/4 cup white wine

Salt & pepper

1 lemons zest

1/2 lemon juice

1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

8 oz linguine


What you'll do:

Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Peel shrimp. Heat frying pan to med-high heat and add butter, half the parsley & a pinch of salt. Cook for 1 minute. Add white wine to the butter mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, cook for 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in cooked linguine, squeeze lemon juice, add the remaining parsley and chilli flakes. Serve with a crispy baguette and a white chilled wine.
