Rebecca deWildt, born and raised in Ontario, spent several summers out in Prince Edward Island visiting family. Fresh lobsters from the dock and digging for clams sparked a lifelong passion for fresh, quality seafood.
She attended George Brown Culinary school and worked in several GTHA restaurants, most recently as a sous chef at The Ancaster Mill. The standards she learned at these various institutions set a high bar for freshness and taste.
